The purpose and legal basis for the processing
We process your personal data by storage, viewing, registration, erasure. The personal data stored by us is name, address, e-mail and telephone number. The purpose of the processing is to be able to deliver orders, comply with law and provide best possible quality of customer service.
The legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent, that it is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject, comply with a legal obligation, the legitimate interest of the controller (balance of interest) such as sales and purchase.
It is necessary for us to collect the personal data in order to enter into a contract with you, and/or to fulfill legal requirements. You are not obliged to provide the personal data to us. If you do not provide us with the personal data described above, the consequences will be that we may not be able to provide the requested services to you.
Who has access to your personal data?
Our sales, purchase, production and financial departments are categories of recipients of personal data. We do not transfer the personal data to a third country or an international organisation.
We transfer your personal data to our concern facility in Sweden for storage. The European Commission has decided that Sweden ensures an adequate level of protection. Such a transfer does not require any specific authorisation.
For how long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the above mentioned purpose of the processing. However, we do not store your personal data longer than 5 years after our latest transaction with you or your company.
If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time. However, such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data based on the consent before the withdrawal. You have the right to request access to information regarding which of your personal data that is being processed and request rectification of your personal data. You also have the right to object to and request restriction of the processing concerning your personal data, as well as the right to request erasure of your personal data. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to another controller (data portability).
