Infrared elements in quartz PFQE - Pillared full quartz element

The standard range of quartz infrared heating elements in stock are used in a wide range of industrial and engineering applications such as thermoforming, packaging, paint curing, printing, drying, gluing, sterilisation, roasting etc. Quartz infrared heating elements are particularly effective in industrial applications where rapid heater response and/or zone con-trolled heating is required including systems with long heater off cycles. The pillared quartz elements have the same mounting fixture as ceramic heaters allowing easy replacement.
